HarvestEdgeTools operates on a partnership donation model with a suggested $5/month starting gift. A gift is never required and never a condition of service. Every church participates, and those who can give more help us serve churches with fewer resources.
Beyond your monthly partnership, additional donations are voluntary gifts that help us serve more churches, develop new capabilities, and expand our ministry.
We believe in complete transparency and equal access. Every church gets the same quality of work — because we believe excellence is worship. The partnership model means those who can give more directly fund tools for churches that couldn't otherwise afford them.
This also matters for your records. Hosting costs are pass-through expenses. Partnership and additional donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (HarvestEdgeTools is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) organization, EIN 41-5066584). Consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
First Baptist gives $5/month partnership + $7/month hosting = $12/month total.
They receive the same quality of work as any other church.
Grace Community gives $50/month partnership + $10/month hosting = $60/month total.
Their generosity beyond the suggested gift helps fund work for other churches.
New Hope (a 501(c)(3) church) gives $5/month partnership and qualifies for free hosting through InterServer's nonprofit program. Total: $5/month.
