HarvestEdgeTools, Inc. is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit (EIN 41-5066584, approved April 24, 2026). Contributions to HarvestEdgeTools are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
You will receive the following acknowledgments depending on the size of your gift:
Standard Monthly Partnership Donations of $5.00/month ($60/year) fall below the $75 per-payment threshold for quid pro quo disclosure. As a Monthly Partner you receive:
The tax-deductible portion of your monthly Partnership donation is pending attorney and CPA review of the fair market value of those services. Until that review concludes, please consult your tax advisor before claiming a specific deductible amount, and rely on the contemporaneous acknowledgment and annual statement you receive from us.
One-time gifts of $250 or more receive a single written acknowledgment that satisfies both the $250 contemporaneous acknowledgment requirement and any $75+ quid pro quo disclosure requirement.
Non-cash contributions: We will acknowledge receipt and describe the property donated. Per IRS rules, we do not assign a value — that is the donor’s responsibility. For contributions claimed above $5,000, you are responsible for obtaining a qualified independent appraisal; we will sign IRS Form 8283 as donee.
Every donor receives an annual giving statement by January 31 of the year following the contributions, delivered to your email of record. Paper copies are available on request.
Each statement includes the organization’s legal name, address, and EIN; your name and Partner ministry name (where applicable); a summary of cash contributions by date and amount; a description of any non-cash contributions; goods-or-services statements where applicable; the aggregate deductible amount; 501(c)(3) status confirmation; and a tax-advisor consultation disclaimer.
Under IRS regulations, “intangible religious benefits” are excluded from the quid pro quo analysis. Any qualifying HarvestEdgeTools services that fall into this category — such as theological compliance review — are disregarded for deductibility purposes.
HarvestEdgeTools complies with applicable state charitable-solicitation registration requirements. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal tax law.
