HarvestEdgeTools (“the Factory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI-powered tool factory that builds custom software applications for churches, ministries, and Christian organizations (“Partners” or “you”). Our services are delivered through a collaborative process in which Partners describe their needs in plain language and our AI agents, operating under human oversight, build applications to those specifications.
The Factory is NOT a pre-built software platform, software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, or off-the-shelf application vendor. Each application is custom-built through a conversational process between the Partner and our AI agent system. Results will vary based on the complexity and specificity of each Partner’s requirements.
Access to Factory services is sustained by voluntary Monthly Partnership Donations, with a suggested starting gift of $5.00 (five dollars) per month. A donation is never required and is never a condition of service — a church that cannot give this year is still served. Donations sustain our ministry operations, including hosting, AI processing, and ongoing maintenance. Partners who give beyond the suggested gift enable the Factory to extend services to churches with fewer resources.
The Monthly Partnership Donation is NOT a subscription fee, software license, or fee-for-service arrangement; it is a partnership donation that sustains a nonprofit ministry.
Our services are delivered through a system of AI agents, each designed for specific functions (e.g., discovery, code generation, testing, theological validation). All AI agent output is subject to human oversight and review. The names, configurations, and system prompts of our AI agents are proprietary to HarvestEdgeTools.
All user-facing content produced by the Factory uses the Christian Standard Bible (CSB) translation for Scripture references. Theological content is validated against the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 (BFM 2000) through our AQUILA theological validation system. See Section 4.3 for content standards.
In addition to custom tool building, the Factory may provide supporting services including but not limited to: database setup and management, email account configuration, automated backups, software updates, and assistance with web hosting applications. These supporting services are secondary to our primary mission of building custom tools.
The Factory serves the following account types:
All Partners, regardless of account type, are subject to the Tier 1 universal orthodox content floor. Baptist-affiliated Partners are additionally subject to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 standard. See the Acceptable Use Policy §3.3 for the complete tiered content standard.
Each account includes the following user roles:
Accounts that include more than one authorized user must designate a minimum of two (2) Account Administrators to ensure continuity of account management.
The Account Administrator(s) bear responsibility for all activity conducted under their account, including the actions of authorized users. Partners are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for promptly notifying the Factory of any unauthorized access.
All custom applications, tools, code, content, and configurations built specifically for a Partner (“Custom Work”) are the exclusive property of that Partner from the moment of creation. The Factory claims no ownership interest, license, or lien on Custom Work. Partners may use, modify, distribute, sublicense, or dispose of their Custom Work without restriction.
Partners are never locked into using Factory services. Custom Work is designed to be portable and self-contained. Upon request, the Factory will provide all source code, documentation, deployment instructions, and related materials necessary for the Partner to operate their Custom Work independently.
The Factory retains ownership of:
Each Partner selects one of three data sharing consent tiers at the time of onboarding:
Custom Work may incorporate open-source software components governed by their respective licenses. The Factory will identify all open-source components used and provide applicable license terms.
Theological content generated through Factory services is subject to the same ownership provisions as other Custom Work. Partners acknowledge that theological content is generated with AI assistance and validated against the BFM 2000, and Partners bear ultimate responsibility for theological accuracy in their ministry contexts.
Factory services are intended for use in ministry contexts and by Christian organizations and businesses that share our biblical foundation. For detailed resource limits and quantitative restrictions, see the Acceptable Use Policy.
Partners and their authorized users shall NOT:
All content created through Factory services should be consistent with biblical values as expressed in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. The Factory reserves the right to decline projects that conflict with our theological foundation or organizational mission.
Enforcement follows a progressive process: (1) written warning with 14 days to cure; (2) formal warning with 7 days; (3) temporary suspension; (4) termination. Immediate suspension without notice is reserved for illegal activity, active security breaches, child safety matters, or imminent threat of harm.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith dialogue. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice describing the dispute and relief sought.
The parties shall engage in good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute for thirty (30) days from the date of written notice.
If unresolved, either party may initiate mediation conducted by a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the State of Florida. Costs shared equally.
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, either party may pursue resolution through courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Either party may terminate immediately upon written notice if the other party materially breaches and fails to cure within fifteen (15) days, engages in fraud or willful misconduct, or becomes subject to bankruptcy proceedings.
Upon termination, the Factory shall within thirty (30) days provide the Partner with all Custom Work (source code, documentation, deployment instructions) and all Partner data in standard, machine-readable formats. The Factory will cooperate in good faith for up to sixty (60) days to facilitate transition.
Upon written request following termination, the Factory shall delete all Partner data within ninety (90) days, except where retention is required by law.
Section 3 (IP), Section 5 (Disputes), and Section 6.6 (Outstanding Donations) survive termination.
Termination does not entitle either party to a refund of donations already made.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, AI Output Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, and Donation Acknowledgment Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
The Factory reserves the right to modify these Terms. Material changes communicated via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
Partners may not assign rights without prior written consent. The Factory may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition.
